This four-year collaboration between the nation’s leading health organizations—the American Heart Association®, the American Cancer Society®, and the American Diabetes Association®, was launched in 2022 with the goal to catalyze change, and address the leading causes of death in communities of color—heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes.
