The community resource and health fair clinic is hosted by an active pillar partner, the Caribbean Community, in Philadelphia with Newlands Clinic at 6449 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111. The American Heart Association, joined by the American Cancer Society and other local organizations, will be distributing educational materials related to health, wellness, and environmental safety.
