The Philadelphia Collaboration for Equitable Health, powered by Bank of America, is hosting its fourth community forum to deliver a new and innovative community-led approach to areas that experience health inequities in Philadelphia. Building on the third advocacy forum where four key areas were discussed: Food Insecurity, Neighborhood Investments, Access to Care, and Maternal Health, we will continue the conversation and provide updates on the progress acquired so far, identify tangible resources to continue moving the work and discuss upcoming advocacy events that need your support.
